The North House
The North House2

Overwhelmed. Stressed. Anxious. Undervalued. Overworked. Underappreciated.

When mixed with the upheaval and uncertainty in the world, in our lives, in our families, and in our careers, it makes for a toxic brew.

What if you could step out of the maelstrom and off the hamster wheel for a day? What if you could take advantage of a rare opportunity – a day that is all about YOU? To reset. To recharge. To reclaim your joy.

Here’s what the day will look like:

There will be a light breakfast at 9:00am, followed by some time to connect and ground.

You’ll discover a practice that will change your life.

Then we’ll hike to one of the most magnificent vistas in the Farmington Valley, one that commands a 360 degree view of central Connecticut and on a clear day, views of Long Island Sound (but as you’ll see, the hike won’t just be a hike).

After the hike, we’ll have lunch at The North House, followed by some deep work together, where you’ll finally be able to stop long enough to dive beneath the surface of things.

You’ll walk away with strategies and tools that will sustain you even in the most challenging of times.

The poet Mary Oliver asked “what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” This is the day to answer that question!

“I had a lot of time to reflect on this day. I found it so insightful and full of information I was not expecting.
